Natalie is a registered Clinical Psychologist (MAPS) who has worked in various mental health settings and roles over the last decade. She has worked as a psychologist in both the public and private sectors, mainly working with adults and adolescents with a broad variety of presentations from psychosis, addiction, depression and personality problems to relationship issues, chronic pain, bullying and grief.
Natalie's Masters research was conducted under the supervision of Dr Vanessa Beavan at ACAP and explored the individual experiences of people in a hearing voices group. Her Honours research was conducted under the supervision of Dr Megan Willis and explored contextually based approachability judgements. In 2017 Natalie joined ACU and is currently a lecturer in the School of Psychology.
