Ms Anna Phillips

Anna Phillips was appointed Chief People Officer at Australian Catholic University (ACU) in 2021. She is an experienced people and change executive with extensive strategic and operational experience in professional services, global technology and consulting services, financial services and higher education.

Prior to joining Australian Catholic University, Anna was Chief People and Culture Officer at Austin Health. She has held senior HR roles both locally and internationally with University of Melbourne, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and ANZ Bank.

Anna is responsible for leading ACU&rsquos People and Capability Directorate, including the University&rsquos WHS and Payroll services, and the delivery of its People Plan.

Anna is passionate about helping organisations and individuals build capability and perform at their best. She has a particular interest in the development of future leaders and the application of positive change methodologies to drive sustainable change and engagement.
