This form is used by current and past ACU students to submit a request for an academic transcript and authorise a credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). If you have any questions about ordering an academic transcript visit AskACU.
**Your transcript will be printed with your results at the time of your order. AskACU cannot hold onto orders due to IP or RP or any other administrative grade. If you have an administrative grade, please order your transcript once this has been finalised. You can check your results in Student Connect by visiting the 'My Enrolment' tab.**
Note: ACU College (formerly ACUcom) students should not complete this form. If your study at ACU College was after July 2011, please contact ASQA and if your studies was before July 2011, please contact AskACU.
Cost: $15 current students; $16.50 past students.

Completed your course?
An electronic version of your final Academic Transcript will be made available to you via My Equals. You will receive email notification to your ACU student email after you have been made course complete with instructions on how to access your transcript electronically.
Changed your name?
Before you request a transcript, you will need to complete the CN: Change of Name application form, along with certified documentary evidence to have your name officially changed on your ACU record.
